Acceptance

By using the Anwani app, website, Telegram bot, supported AI or MCP integrations, or any other Anwani service, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

When you create a new account in the app, you must expressly accept the Privacy Policy and these Terms before registration can complete. The version of that consent associated with that date is recorded with your account records.

Who we are and the service

Anwani – Address Code (عنواني) is published by Codivax on the official mobile app stores and at 9code.app.

Anwani is a digital addressing platform that gives every physical location a permanent 9-digit address code that can be used to identify, manage, and share an address.

Maps, directions links, and other channels are means around the permanent address code; they are not a substitute for that product definition.

Features, limits, and available channels may change over time. We aim to provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

Account and eligibility

• You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your country to use the service with an account.
• Provide accurate information when registering and keep your sign-in credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, including what is created or shared through channels linked to your account.
• Do not create accounts to abuse the service or to circumvent limits or restrictions.

Supported channels

Anwani functionality may be provided through:

• The Anwani app.
• The website.
• The Anwani Telegram bot.
• Supported AI integrations and Model Context Protocol (MCP) clients.

Using a third-party channel also means complying with that platform’s terms and policies. Anwani does not control Telegram, AI providers, or app-store policies.

When you authorize a supported AI agent, you grant limited, temporary permission according to the scopes shown on the consent screen. You may refuse authorization or later request revocation through available mechanisms.

Address codes and sharing

An Anwani address code is a permanent 9-digit code associated with a physical location.

When you share an address code or link, people who have that code or link may be able to view the address information made available through it.

A public code does not grant access to your account; it opens the location information linked to that code according to the settings and protection you enabled.

If you enable a PIN or other protection, you are responsible for sharing that access information only with people you trust.

Your responsibilities

• Do not publish deliberately false or misleading addresses.
• Do not misuse codes or attempt to compromise other accounts or systems.
• Do not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, or to harm others.
• Do not put passwords, financial information, identity-document numbers, or other highly sensitive data in address descriptions, notes, or photos.
• Respect others’ rights and ownership of places and content when creating or sharing addresses or public places.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service or bypass usage limits or security controls.

Content you submit

You retain your rights in content you upload (such as names, descriptions, photos, and phone numbers linked to your addresses), and you grant Anwani a non-exclusive license to store, display, and process that content as needed to operate the service and the channels you choose.

You represent that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or applicable law.

We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or puts the service or users at risk.

Intellectual property

The Anwani name, marks, interface design, software, and documentation are owned by Codivax or licensed to it, except for user-submitted content.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer the service, or use its marks in a misleading way without prior written permission, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Third-party services

Anwani relies on providers such as Google cloud services for authentication, storage, and databases; Telegram when you use the bot; and supported AI providers when you choose those channels.

Those services and their terms are outside our full control. Outages or changes at a third party may affect parts of Anwani.

Disclaimer of accuracy and availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make reasonable efforts to operate it reliably, without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Location accuracy depends on what you select or enter and on map and device data. Anwani is not a substitute for on-site verification when that is critical (for example emergencies or legal transactions).

Map and directions links open third-party tools; those tools are subject to their own terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codivax and Anwani are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from use of the service or inability to use it, from sharing an address code with untrusted parties, or from the acts of other users or third parties.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an account or certain features if these Terms are violated, the platform is abused, or for security, legal, or operational reasons.

You may stop using the service and delete your addresses or request account deletion via the account deletion page or support@9code.app.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements.

For material changes, we may provide an appropriate notice through the service or available channels. Continued use after an update takes effect means acceptance of the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires additional consent.
