The Cathedral of Our Lady of Tortosa is a fortified Crusader church in the centre of Tartus on the Syrian coast. Built in the twelfth century over an older Marian shrine, its heavy walls blend religious and defensive architecture. Its Romanesque style, good preservation, and later use as a museum make it valued by architecture and history visitors.
كاتدرائية سيدة طرطوس كنيسة صليبية حصينة تقع في قلب مدينة طرطوس على الساحل السوري. بُنيت في القرن الثاني عشر على مزار قديم للسيدة العذراء بجدران سميكة تجمع بين العمارة الدينية والدفاعية. يمنحها طرازها الرومانسكي وحالتها الجيدة واستخدامها لاحقاً كمتحف قيمة خاصة لزوار العمارة والتاريخ.
