المسرح الروماني في بصرى مسرح حجري ضخم يقع في مدينة بصرى الأثرية بمحافظة درعا جنوب سوريا. يُعد من أكمل المسارح الرومانية حفظاً في المنطقة بفضل حجارة البازلت السوداء ومدرجاته الواسعة. يمنحه اكتماله ومشهد المدينة المحيطة قيمة خاصة لعشاق الآثار والعمارة الرومانية.
