Saydnaya Patriarchal Monastery is an ancient Orthodox monastery on a high ridge in Saydnaya, north of Damascus in the Damascus countryside. Tradition links its founding to Emperor Justinian in the sixth century, and it remains a major Christian pilgrimage site for its setting, famous icon, and continuous monastic life. دير سيدة صيدنايا البطريركي دير أرثوذكسي عريق يقع على قمة مرتفعة في بلدة صيدنايا شمال دمشق ضمن محافظة ريف دمشق. يُنسب تأسيسه إلى الإمبراطور جستينيان في القرن السادس الميلادي، ويُعد من أبرز مزارات الحج المسيحي في المنطقة بفضل موقعه وأيقونته الشهيرة وحياة الرهبنة المتواصلة فيه. يمنحه ارتفاعه وإطلالته وطابعه الروحي والمعماري قيمة خاصة لزوار التاريخ والإيمان والاستكشاف.
